Interested in Acting???

The Theater Company of the Pine Island United Methodist Church has been in existence since December of 2000.  Since then the theater has given a performance at least once a year.  Our latest pictures above show two different performances done during our Maundy Thursday holy week.  The first is "The Other Twelve Disciples" performed in 2007 and the second is "The Last Supper" performed in 2008.  Both met with rave reviews. 

 

Other Theater Company successes have included The Diaries of Adam and Eve, A Gentleman and a Scoundrel, One Foot in Heaven, A Bad Year for Tomatoes, Abraham Lincoln, The Christmas Bistros, and the most recent musical hit with full children's cast, Malice in the Palace.

 

The Theater Company offers people of various ages and gifts the opportunity to have an outlet to use their talents to bring laughter and joy to all who enjoy live theater. The next Theater season is already being planned with some wonderful productions being scheduled. Actors and stage crew members are always needed.
